I don't usually worry about the bad reviews we get on here but this last one was so ridiculous I had to say something,The fish and chips are just like they are at home in the uk like all fish and chip shops sometimes the batter can be problematic but if anyone is at all unhappy we replace the fish straight away if you don't tell us then you have to suffer the consequences.. But as we sold on average 100 pieces of fish a day the ones sent back was about 2 a month..as for "The Shepherds Pie"We have NEVER called it Shepherds pie it has always been Cottage pie the only one made from Beef...Next Cheese and Ham sandwich..we have never had a Cheese and Ham sandwich on the menu it makes me wonder if this person was actually in our restaurant..The Fish and Chip Buffet was so popular at Dylans nothing had a chance to get old or Cold and again why didn't you tell us if you were unhappy!!! But as we no longer are at either you won't have that problem any more I just hope that if you write another restaurant review you will try and get your facts straight before you do so...
